Change of Mind/Wrong Size
As Fourth Avenue is online, we understand that you as a consumer cannot try on any products to check for sizing and/or style. Therefore Fourth Avenue allows 14 days from when you receive the product for you to exchange or receive a full refund if you have changed your mind on your order or if the sizing of the garment is not suitable.
Fourth Avenue makes every effort to ensure that each garment is of high quality and high production, however sometimes an odd item may arrive damaged or faulty. We apologise if you have been sent an item that may not be deemed as acceptable or of your expectations. In the case of receiving a faulty item, you are able to send the item back and choose one of three options:
Get sent a new product
Receive a store credit
Receive a full refund
Conditions of Return
Acceptable clothing to be sent for a refund or exchange include items that have not been worn or tampered with in any way. The garments must not have any damage and any sign at all that they have been worn. Each garment must be in the original condition when sent out, and all tags must also be attached to the clothing.

Unfortunately Fourth Avenue cannot refund any shipping charges.

Once you have placed an order with Fourth Avenue, that order will be processed and then shipped out within 2 days. The tracking information and purchase confirmation will be sent to your personal email. In the event that your item has been lost or damaged - we will be in constant communication with you and Australia Post to ensure your package has been delivered. This takes no longer than 14 days depending on the issue.
Shipping costs are set to a flat rate of $10.00 per order.
COVID 19 UPDATE
Due to COVID 19, some parcels may take longer to arrive than expected. At this current stage, all products from Australian Post are arriving on time, however in the event that your order has not come within the 10 days of purchase please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org, and we will do our best to locate the parcel.
